Binding Agreement:

Business Secrets: Any undisclosed business practices, strategies, or internal documentation accessed during the participation in Services must be considered confidential and not disclosed to any third parties without explicit authorization from the Company.Personal Information: Personal and sensitive information of other participants encountered through the use of the Services, whether shared in discussions, collaborative projects, or during the provision of healing and reading services, must be treated with the utmost respect and privacy.Duration of Confidentiality: This duty of confidentiality shall extend indefinitely, persisting even after the termination or conclusion of your use of the Services, thereby protecting ongoing business interests and the privacy of all individuals involved.

Use of Information for Advertising:

Participant Content: The Company may wish to utilize content generated by participants, such as testimonials, success stories, case studies, and specific outcomes of the Services for promotional or advertising purposes.Consent Requirement: Explicit consent will be sought from any participant whose personal stories, quotes, images, or identifiable information are to be used for marketing or advertising purposes. Consent must be granted through a clear, affirmative action that indicates the participant's agreement to their information being used in such a manner.Anonymity and Privacy: In instances where explicit consent is not obtained, any participant information used for such purposes will be thoroughly anonymized to prevent the disclosure of identities or personal details. The Company commits to not using any participant's name, image, or other directly identifiable personal data without such consent.

Responsibility of Participants:

Sharing or disseminating information about other participants without consent, or using proprietary information for personal gain or to the Company's detriment, breaches these Terms and can result in immediate termination of access to the Services and legal action.

Breach of Confidentiality:

The Company reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such breaches, which may include, but are not limited to, termination of services, a claim for damages, and enforcement of any contractual or other legal rights.

We expressly disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. We are not responsible for the actions, content, information, or data of third parties, and you release us, our directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any claim you have against any such third parties.

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of all Services and notifying us of your decision to terminate.
